Hook Village Halls – What New Classes would you like?
In recent months, Hook Village Halls have introduced several special interest classes for the local community, including Art and Tai Chi. However, there is a lot of potential for even more new and exciting classes.
Some ideas we've had include:
French; German; Mindfulness; and Afternoon Tea Dances
If you are interested in attending (or running) any of these classes or have any further ideas for classes that you would like to see being run in Hook, please email christopher.terrey@hookvillagehalls.org.uk.

Hook Books Goes from Strength to Strength - put a date in your diary to visit us at the Elizabeth Hall on Thursday 20th June for the largest selection of books in Hook.
Thank you to everyone who supported Hook's pop up library today, whether you volunteered, donated books, or enjoyed tea and cake or a scone. We sold nearly 300 books, sold out of cream teas and cakes and it was lovely to see so many people and children!
Very soon you will be able to buy top up books when you shop at Tesco. Please put your 50p a book in the special honesty tin for the village halls. Our volunteers will keep the shelves topped up when they shop.
Thank you Tesco for all your support not only for spreading the Hook Books word in store but also for sponsoring the refreshments for our tea shop.
